Synopsis: At the office of Smart Post, Fong Ying, Lok Ka-Fai and Mallory Mak are busy on gathering the news. In the meantime, an explosion occurs in the C99’s television studio, people are terrified. The bomb was set by Tam, who demands to meet the Chief Executive. Tam’s daughter was raped and murdered 7 years ago by Ko King-Yan. However, the jury found Ko not guilty. Based on the current Hong Kong Laws and Rules, Ko will not being charged again, so Tam used such a vicious way in fighting for the truth.
Note: This movie have the same HKTV Series name and it uses the several of the same cast from that TV series. They also show parts of the TV series at the very beginning to get the viewer to understand what happened in the past. However, it's not directly related to it story-wise. Therefore, you do not need to watch that TV series before watching this movie.
