Synopsis: The story depicts a criminal syndicate known as “Disciples” wreaking havoc in the city of Pu Guang, engaging in multiple cases of drug trafficking, smuggling, and causing harm. The Pu Guang City police force has been battling them for years, but unfortunately, the identity of the leader of the Disciples remains elusive. Every attempt to strike them down falls short. One day, the Public Security Bureau receives a tip-off from an insider of the criminal group, Yong Lin, who steps forward for the sake of justice. Upon receiving Yonglin’s testimony, the bureau chief decides to enlist the help of Tang Fei, the leader of the Anti-Crime Task Force. Tang Fei, having years of experience in clashing with the Disciples, realizes that there is only one way to combat them: by launching a coordinated operation. The plan involves collaborating with the Criminal Investigation Division, the Narcotics Division, the Traffic Police Division, and the Special Police Division. Based on the evidence provided, the police conduct a thorough investigation, gather proof, and initiate arrest operations against all the Disciples’ activities in Puguang City. Leveraging the critical 72-hour window, the police launch a decisive operation to eradicate the Disciples in one fell swoop. The aim is to identify the core members manipulating the syndicate and restore Pu Guang City to its former glory.
